How To Delete The Infoblox IPAM vCO Plugin

Had to do this a couple of times while working with the Infoblox vCenter Orchestrator (vCO) plugin.  Completely removing the plugin entails ssh'ing to the vCO appliance and removing some files.

/etc/init.d/vco-configurator stop
/etc/init.d/vco-server stop
rm /usr/lib/vco/app-server/plugins/o11nplugin-ipam.dar
rm  /var/lib/vco/app-server/conf/plugins/Infoblox_IPAM_Plugin.xml
rm -r /var/lib/vco/configuration/webapps/o11nplugin-ipam-config/
rm  /var/lib/vco/configuration/webapps/o11nplugin-ipam-config.war
vi /var/lib/vco/app-server/conf/plugins/_VSOPluginInstallationVersion.xml
remove the entire line that says "IPAM"
